Why We Love the Area
Bromley Mountain is the ultimate family ski area. With top level child ski programs, a great ski team and steeper terrain than Stratton, it has anything you could ever need in a ski mountain. Best of all, there are never long lines like the other resorts. It has a great terrain park and a fun lodge for a great apres ski scene. The historical Bromley ski torch parade is a must see. In the fall there is amazing foliage. Our vacation townhome is only 15 minutes from Magic Mountain and Stratton Ski Resort. The famous Vermont town of Manchester is just down the road. There you will find award-winning restaurants, amazing outlet shopping (Vineyard Vines, etc.) and the famous Orvis Fly Fishing School. Bromley = Family.
Also, Bromley is the Southern Vermont "Snowbelt" consistently getting more snow than most mountains in Vermont, with snow totals of 135 inches in 2024.

Why Our Rental
Our family has enjoyed Bromley for years. We love this ski on/off townhouse. Our children are getting older and we will not be using our vacation home this season. Our Bromley home is perfect for families with children. It comes fully equipped with all towels, sheets, amenities, kitchen supplies, Keurig coffee maker, games, three (3) televisions, remote access keypad, Nest remote thermostat and other amenities.
How Our Rental Works
We prefer direct bookings to save money for you and us. We use a local attorney to coordinate all aspects of the rental agreement and payment, so you can be confident in our booking. We will require one half, non-refundable deposit, for the rental amount at time of contract. The remaining rental fees and deposits will be due on September 1. Dates of the rental period are flexible, depending on availability.
What is Included?
Our rental includes the following in the flat seasonal rental fee:

24/7 Property Management for any issues that may arise.

Local vendors to address any concerns.

Weekly cleaning services are included in the rent, with no additional charges for you (standard cleaning), a $2,500 value.

High speed internet, with strong wireless network.

Unlimited firewood.

Water, sewer and trash charges.
Additional Information
You will be responsible for the following, if they apply:

Pet fee for one medium sized dog, or smaller, subject to approval.

Washing of towels and linens.

Heating, hot water and electric charges, including a usage deposit.
